The portal, using Vlocity Omniscripts PSS solution, included self-registration for personalized access to the portal and multiple categories for easy navigation. The categories include city news, resident information, business permits, licensing information, knowledge articles, events and even subcategories to provide an even more streamlined experience to the end users.
Additionally, it supported government officials and citizens in reviewing permits and tracking inspections with the help of Omniscripts and FlexCards. Lastly, our solution offers a 360-degree view of information on the requirements for getting a business or individual permit which provides a comprehensive understanding of the process to the users.
