End User License Agreement (EULA)
By installing, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”). If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the App.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, zeb(“Licensor”) grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App. This license is solely for your use with JIRA and in accordance with JIRA Marketplace’s terms of use.
You shall not:
3.1. Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
3.2. Use the App for any illegal, unethical, or malicious purpose.
3.3. Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained in or on the App.
3.4. Use the App in a manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including any intellectual property rights, shall remain with Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights related to the App.
5.1. Use of the App may involve the collection and use of data. Licensor’s Privacy Policy outlines how data is collected, used, and protected. By using the App, you consent to these data practices.
5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JIRA account credentials, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Licensor may provide support and updates for the App. The availability, terms, and conditions of support and updates are at the discretion of the Licensor.
This Agreement is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling the App. Licensor may terminate this Agreement without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the App.
The App is provided “as is” without any warranty, express or implied. Licensor does not warrant that the App will be error-free or meet your requirements. You assume all responsibility for the selection and use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and representations.
